This single-center cosmetic clinical trial is being conducted to assess the efficacy of the Sponsor's facial serum when used over the course of 12 weeks by women with mild to moderate laxity (tactile) and lack of firmness (tactile) on the cheeks, and sagging appearance (visual) on the jawline, global upper face, global lower face, and neck.

Gender: Females - No permanent Tattoo

Age: 35-65 years old for Caucasian, Hispanic (35 up to 70 for dark skin tones African American and those of Asian race)

Skin Types: Fitz I-IV - Asian, Hispanic, Caucasian only

Compensation: Up to $425.00

Study Eligibility:

• Cannot have any autoimmune disorders, connective tissue diseases, or immune deficiencies (such as AIDS, multiple sclerosis, Crohn's disease, HIV, or rheumatoid arthritis).
• Must have lack of firmness on the cheeks, sagging on jawline, neck, and upper and lower face.
