- Addison's disease: Destroys adrenal glands, affecting hormone production.
- Autoimmune hepatitis: Immune system attacks liver cells.
- Celiac disease: Immune response to gluten, causing damage to the small intestine.
- Type 1 diabetes: Immune system attacks cells in the pancreas that produce insulin.
- Graves' disease: Immune system attacks thyroid gland, causing hyperthyroidism.

| Study Description: This study is to evaluate the Sponsor's topical product (daily lotion) works over the course of 28 days for babies and toddlers. Gender: Male and Female Age: 3 months to 6 months old Skin Types: Fitz I-VI Compensation: Up to $200.00 Study Eligibility: - Cannot have any autoimmune disorders, connective tissue diseases, or immune deficiencies (such as lupus, Crohn's disease, HIV, or rheumatoid arthritis).
- Cannot have used any corticosteroids (systemic [affecting whole body] or topical [applied on the skin], not nasal or ocular) within 4 weeks (e.g. Betamethasone, Clobetasol, Desoximetasone, Diflorasone, Fluocinonide, Halcinonide, Halobetasol)
- Cannot have used any antihistamines within the last 1 week (e.g. Diphenhydramine, Hydroxyzine, Cetirizine, Loratadine, Fexofenadine)
- Cannot have used any anti-inflammatory drugs within the last 1 week (e.g. Ibuprofen, Naproxen, Aspirin, Diclofenac, Celecoxib, Meloxicam)
- Must have been carried to full term at birth (Gestational age ≥ 37 weeks)
· Parent or primary caregiver of the child must be at least 18 years of age.
