- Addison's disease: Destroys adrenal glands, affecting hormone production.
- Autoimmune hepatitis: Immune system attacks liver cells.
- Celiac disease: Immune response to gluten, causing damage to the small intestine.
- Type 1 diabetes: Immune system attacks cells in the pancreas that produce insulin.
- Graves' disease: Immune system attacks thyroid gland, causing hyperthyroidism.
- Hashimoto's thyroiditis: Immune system attacks thyroid gland, causing hypothyroidism.

| Study Description: This study is to see how the Sponsor's body firming serum and exfoliating body cleanser work over the course of 8 weeks for women who have signs of dryness and sagging on the upper arms and/or thighs. Gender: Female Age: 25-70 for Caucasian, Asian (or 25 Up to 75 for Fitz IV-VI= Hispanic, African Amerian female) Skin Types: Fitz I-VI Compensation: $550.00 Study Eligibility: - Cannot have any autoimmune disorders, connective tissue diseases, or immune deficiencies (such as lupus, Crohn's disease, HIV, or rheumatoid arthritis).
- Cell 1 - If ages 50-70 y/o - Cannot be using GLP-1 or GIP as treatment for diabetes, or using GLP-1 or GIP for weight loss and treatment for diabetes
- Cell 2 - If ages 25-49 y/o – Must be on a maintenance dose of GLP-1 or GIP product
- Cannot have skin conditions/disorders, and/or excessive hair (that they are unwilling to shave) on arms or thighs
- Regular user of body sunscreen with a history of safe usage (At least 30 days without incident)
- Willing to maintain body weight during the course of the study
- Cannot have used any corticosteroids within the past 4 weeks
- Cannot have used any tanning beds or sunless tanning products with in the last 2 weeks
- Cannot have a history of vascular or blood clotting problems/disorders
- Willing to avoid applying topical products to your upper arms and thighs at least 24 hours prior to first visit.

Gender: Women - NO PERMANENT FACE MAKE UP ALLOWED Age: 45 - 65 for hispanic, and caucasian (45 up to 70 years of age for Black/African American or Asian) Skin Types: Fitz I-VI Compensation: $500.00 Study Eligibility: - Cannot have any autoimmune disorders, connective tissue diseases, or immune deficiencies (such as lupus, Crohn's disease, HIV, or rheumatoid arthritis).

We're looking for things like wrinkles, overall fine lines, and lack of firmness on the face. Gender: Females Age: 25-65 Skin Types: Fitz I-VI Compensation: Up to $400.00 (additional $50 if selected for subgroup) Study Eligibility:
- Tattooed-on eyebrows, permanent eye and lip makeup is allowed. Cannot do any touch-ups during the study
- Cannot have non-removable jewelry, skin conditions, and/or excessive hair (that they are unwilling to shave) on the face
- Cannot have any known reactivity to soybean, coconut, castor oil, bakuchiol, tapioca, or fragrance.

Study Description: This study is to test how well a facial skincare product performs over a 16-week period in women who experience signs of skin aging and routinely use daily skincare items such as sunscreen, creams, lotions, and moisturizers. This study is designed for individuals who have previously used retinol-containing products but have not used any retinol within the past six months. Participants will use the product for 12 weeks and then stop for 2 weeks so we can see how their skin responds. Study Description: This clinical trial is to text a facial product over 12 weeks in women using GLP-1 medications for weight loss, who present with mild to moderate facial concerns including wrinkles (forehead, glabella, crow’s feet, marionette lines), and neck sagging Gender: Female Age: 35-65 years old Skin Types: Fitz I-VI Compensation: Up to $450.00 Study Eligibility: - Cannot have any autoimmune disorders, connective tissue diseases, or immune deficiencies (such as lupus, Crohn's disease, HIV, or rheumatoid arthritis).
- Must be user of a GLP-1 medication for weight loss purposes.
- Avoid application of any topical moisturizing products to the face and neck for at least 3 days prior to visit 1.
- Bring documentation of GLP-1 medication use (prescription, image of product or package, purchase receipt, online order, etc.). The documentation and product label must be current and match your name.
