• Graves' disease: Immune system attacks thyroid gland, causing hyperthyroidism. 
• Hashimoto's thyroiditis: Immune system attacks thyroid gland, causing hypothyroidism. 
• Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD): Affects the digestive tract, including Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.
