What We Do

We typically test facial lotions, body lotions, make-up, sunscreens, cleansers – basically any type of product that you can purchase at a major retail store. As a participant in a study, you will use the product at home as instructed. You will be compensated for your time and your participation upon completion of the study.

Usage Studies

These studies are very specific to each product, and may be from one week to years long. Products are tested to verify specific manufacturers’ claims. For example:

Reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles

Clinically proven to…

Visibly firms the skin

Evens skin tone

Reduces redness

Visually improves skin condition

Plumps lips

Reduce Acne

Pediatrician or Dermatologist tested and approved

The above are just a few of the many claims that you may find on the labels of the products you purchase. The testing we do is to support the marketing claims of the manufacturer or distributor of the product. Take a look at your products at home, look for statements such as clinically tested, clinically proven, Dermatologist tested/recommended, or statements indicating what the product does (reduces the appearance of fine lines, moisturizes all day, etc.). You never know, you may have participated in a study with us that helped make those statements true!

Other Studies

Focus groups: Focus groups are not polls, but in-depth, qualitative interviews with a small number of careful selected people brought together to discuss a hot topic ranging from pizza to safe sex. Focus groups usually last from 1-2 hrs.

Music study: you can help a Radio station improve what kind of music that they play for us everyday on their station by participating in this type of study.

Taste test: we do have taste test from time to time for kids, and adults all ages.
